We took some lessons playing with the Dolphins. It was nice to be picked up from the crowd to do that. It made our trip very memorable.

In January 2009, we went to Spain. This is in Valancia at the Aquarium. We took many pictures there.

Omar looks tired, but handsome after a day of travel.

Last night we took the boys to the beach where they meet their uncles,aunt and their "Arabic Grandma :)" and of course their cousin Faisal. It was night time and Hashim asked his favorate uncle if they could exchange some stories. Hashim wanted to tell the story about the Boy and the Magician. My eyes lit up because a few weeks ago, I read that story to Hashim. The story was in Arabic and I had a feeling that Hashim didn't understand much of it, he prefers English stories.

I was proud of Hashim yesterday. As I was busy putting on my shoes to take the boys out, Hashim rushed to me and asked me to help him put his shoes on. As I looked up to ask him again about what he wanted, he quickly said: "oh, I got to use common sense". That took me by surprise. I didn't know wha he meant so I said: what?

Hashim: Remember you were telling me about common sense and you told me if I saw you busy with something that I should wait for you to finish what you are doing befor I ask you for help? That is common sense isn't it?
